Metallurgical Engineer
Mr. Silbernagel is a career Professional Metallurgical Engineer with a wide experience base both in metallurgy and in engineered tests. He has been involved in all phases of engineering consulting and testing, from team management to overseas consultation work. Mr. Silbernagel has provided independent expert witness testimony on numerous occasions for a wide variety of cases. He has served as a consultant to manufacturers, primarily in the Puget Sound area, for the past ten years.

Dynamark Engineering Inc. – Bothell, WA (1999 – present) Metallurgical Engineer Mr. Silbernagel joined Dynamark Engineering in 1999 as a staff metallurgical engineer. His most recent experiences include engineering analysis, design and testing. Specific projects include determination of metallurgical condition of various machine parts. Analysis of residual stress in large castings, determination of quench rate during processing, failure analysis of main propulsion gear shafts, and failure analysis of high strength steel pins.
