Mechanical Engineering

Clients often request our help in developing and optimizing many different types of mechanical devices. Sometimes we begin with an overall concept, other times we address a specific sub-component. Our design/development processes include motion analysis, materials selection and process control. Low part count is emphasized for reliability, reduced tooling costs and lower assembly time. We have recent experience with consumer products, aerospace structure, controls, automotive engineering, all sizes of combustion engines, marine propulsion systems, railway components, shakers, shafting, and other rotary machinery.
